Refund policy

At Dopamine, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Products with manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty policy and may be repaired or replaced after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
